Who Am I?
My sports journey began more than 15 years ago on the basketball court, which deeply shaped my understanding of athletic performance, speed, and discipline. Over the past 6 years, I have combined this background with intensive fitness training, focusing on hybrid athleticism, weightlifting, and endurance.
As a trilingual trainer fluent in English, Turkish, and Russian, I provide global standard coaching to a diverse range of clients. Currently working as a fitness trainer at Central Park Gym in Lara, Antalya, my coaching philosophy is built entirely on data driven, scientific methods eliminating guesswork to deliver real, sustainable results.
